If you face any issues with integration or performance, our online customer support team is always here to help, we’ll guide you through solutions and, if needed, you can send the device back once for repair at no cost. While all sales are final, we do accept returns if the device is dead on arrival (DOA); such claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please note that compatibility issues with specific apps or third-party applications are not valid reasons for return, but we’ll do everything we can to help resolve them.
