You are purchasing a rooted Android device, which has had its manufacturer-imposed security restrictions removed. These devices are intended solely for legitimate development, research, testing, or educational purposes.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee

All devices are sold as-is with no warranties or guarantees implied regarding their behavior with third-party apps or services.

3. Intended Use

– You are using the rooted phone only for lawful purposes (e.g., software development, QA testing, ethical research, etc.)
– You understand the implications of using a rooted device, including potential security vulnerabilities
– You accept full responsibility for how the device is used once it leaves our possession

4. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damage, legal issues, or losses arising from:
– Unauthorized or illegal use of the device
– Use of the device with unauthorized apps or services
– Data loss, identity theft, or security breaches
– Violation of carrier or manufacturer terms of service

The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.

5. Carrier and App Restrictions

Rooted devices may not be compatible with some wireless carriers or banking/payment apps. This is a known side effect of rooting, and we do not offer refunds for incompatibility.

6. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final unless the device is dead on arrival (DOA). DOA claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
